• Current Research

Research is an integral part of our business. It is who we are and how we do things.

Through our research we develop new ideas and services, improve our own capability and ensure that learning is used for the benefit of our clients.

We have strong academic links and are always looking for ways to undertake research alongside our work with clients. Find out what we are currently researching or follow the links opposite to access some of our publications.

  • Top Team Decision Making

The decisions made by the top team in any organisation are critical. With wide ranging, long term effects, the wrong decision can be disastrous. But a considerable body of research shows the impact that cognitive and emotional biases have on the decisions top teams make. We are currently looking at ways to identify the biases that operate within a team and how their impact can be minimised.
